Algo Grille is America’s first goat restaurant whose goal is to introduce goat meat and milk to American’s palettes. Algo Grille presents new, enticing recipes while also making goat versions of all-American classics like burgers, shakes, and loaded fries.

The Idea
Algo does not shy away from its use of this “unusual” meat. By combining this with warm tones and a friendly voice, Algo introduces this meat to American audiences with a comfortable and familiar atmosphere.
